Both teams picked up results that
surprised me last week in differing ways. Fulham battled hard to see out a 1-0
win and that’s an impressive start for a team that is usually weak on the road.
Much has been made of Arsenal’s shock home defeat against Villa but I think it
is important to remember that it is only one match. Whilst Arsenal do need to
strengthen, knee-jerk reactions are not required and that is why it surprised
me to see Arsenal linked with Yohan Cabaye. Cabaye is a fantastic player but
not the one Arsenal need with Wilshere and Cazorla already in the ranks as forward-thinking
midfield players. Arsenal achieved a brilliant result in Turkey in the week but
Fulham are strong at home and I can see the spoils being shared.
Prediction 1-1
